Currency and Payments
All prices on this site are quoted in Euro and Payments are only accepted through Stripe. This method assures you of security and confidentiality. Using this system we have no access to your credit card information, we simply receive a notification that the amount has been debited.
Duties and local taxes:
Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. A commercial invoice is provided with all goods shipped.
The final price quoted on the payments page is the price of the goods including delivery to the stated destination. These charges include carriage by An Post (Irish Postal Service) Registered Rate to both home and overseas destinations. Using this system, most European deliveries will be made within seven days, US and other areas within fourteen days.
Damage & loss in transit:
If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carrier’s insurers. If you receive a battered parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as \’Damaged package; goods not yet inspected\’ or similar to warn the carrier that a claim may be forthcoming. Whatever the circumstances, please contact us by email or telephone with as much detail of the damage or loss as you can provide, as soon after delivery as possible, so that we can arrange replacement goods and start following up the carriers. Please do NOT return damaged goods, unless and until requested to do so as this may incur additional costs unnecessarily.
Returns and refunds:
Goods which are returned under complaint must be accompanied with a self addressed postage paid envelope. Refunds will be made via method of payment. Postage is Non-Refundable.
Proof of posting when returning goods:
For your own protection, you are strongly advised to obtain a proof of posting, or shipping certificate from a courier, when returning goods whatever the reason for the return. Goods which are returned to us but are lost in shipping remain your responsibility. A proof of posting will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged, mislaid or otherwise undelivered / undeliverable.
General Refund Information
We will always honour a refund if you are not completely happy with your purchase under the following conditions. It has been returned (either by registered post) within 14 days of receipt along with proof of purchase. It is in a sale-able condition, this means returning the item to us in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with garment tags still attached.
Once we have received the returned item(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorizing refunds or exchanges. After we have accepted your returned items, we will reimburse the price you paid to your original credit or debit card or store credit card.
Postage is Non-Refundable.
General Exchange Information

If you require an exchange of a Canopi item please contact us on email@example.com . We will always honor an exchange if you are not completely happy with your purchase under the following conditions:
- It has been returned (either by registered post) within 14 days of receipt along with proof of purchase.
- It is in a sale-able condition, this means returning the item to us in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with garment tags still attached.
Once we have received the returned item(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorising an exchange or exchanges. After we have accepted your returned items, we will resend the items. The cost of the first delivery exchange return is free of charge but any further returns is €2.00 per items.
How to Return a Purchase
Repackage the item(s) you wish to return in their original condition, in their undamaged and un-opened packaging.
Ensure a copy of the dispatch note is included in the package.
Please ensure that the package is sealed and the address label is attached properly.
Post the parcel at any Post Office. We advise that you obtain proof of postage receipt or registered post. Please hold on to this proof of postage until you have received your refund.
You will receive a confirmation email from us upon receipt of your package and when your refund has been processed.
Refunds will only be paid back to the original payment method. It can take up to 10 working days from date of posting depending on your bank.
Goods not available for shipment:
With the best will in the world, some goods may not be available at the time you place your order. In the event that we cannot fill your order, we will contact you to advise the actual situation and take instructions from you on how you would prefer us to proceed. In all cases our objective is to fulfill orders within fourteen days of our receipt of your order. In the event of requested goods being unavailable, we will not send you substitute or alternative goods (if such goods are available) unless we have contacted you and obtained your prior agreement for such action. A Stripe refund will be available on any goods ordered which we cannot provide.
We undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied to us by customers strictly confidential. We do not supply our ‘mailing information’ to third parties but do use it to advise our clients of goods and services we feel may be of interest to them, unless expressly instructed otherwise in writing. Information supplied to us may be stored on a computer system for our convenience, but will not be supplied to any outside agency. We insist on the use of Stripe secure transaction services to make credit card transactions since this service is completely independent of our organisation and your credit card details are not divulged to us at any time.f
